Things that I consider when picking beyond standard specks.
What style of spare chargers do you have lying around?
Will all your peripherals work with the new one? I generally forget what monitor hook ups are on the new laptop.
Do you really need business grade or is a consumer grade/warranty good enough? Personally I buy consumer Dell’s (generally open box or refurbished) and treat it like a toaster. If it breaks after 2 years I recycle it and get a new one. To be honest I get 4 or 5 years out of them.

That said I think Dell latitude’s are a great choice and think they make managing fleet’s of them easier than most manufacturers.
