Pros and cons to both.
As mentioned by others, in person is better interaction. However I cannot always get away from work so virtual gives me an opportunity to stay in touch.
As or swag, yeah my kids like the stuff I bring back. But like this community, awarding Amazon GC is just as good. 🙂
