This is really interesting. Do you focus on “soft” skills or more technical skills, or a mixture of both? Which tools are you using to assist with this (such as managing the demand management process?)
I think as we enter a new year and most people are in self-evaluation mode; looking into things like this is extremely helpful and it’s great to hear what you’ve been doing!
