I started with mostly technical skills that were more easy to start with and have been moving forward soft skills since then. I have started to see a deep fall on productivity and motivation on the team. Been testing IRP meetings for work and there’s a spike of motivation and results during that day that quickly declines over the next few days till the next gather up.
I do believe that most of the work can be done remotely but human connection remains essential to build up a sense of support and team work. Also, there’s a lot a people that are suffering from being all days inside their houses, sometimes are small or have no place to focus, and some people just feel lonely.I think the debate should be more holistic considering each aspect of ourselves like human beings and not just stay home.
