  • Earning Unified Workspace co-skilled badge accreditation

Posted by DavidSchwarzbach on November 6, 2019 at 4:38 pm

One of the important customer programs supporting Dell Technologies’ Unified Workspace initiative is the co-skilled badge program. This program conveys demonstrated proficiency in both Unified Workspace and VMware Workspace ONE tools and capabilities – a valuable asset for IT professionals as we accelerate this era of modernized endpoint environments. The program has dual requirements: completion of the VMware VCP Digital Workspace certification as well as Dell’s Unified Workspace training course. The links to these courses, as well as the site for uploading course completion, are found on the home page of this site.

The Unified Workspace course is an online, on demand course that can be taken at any location at your leisure. The course takes approximately 5 hours to complete followed by a 1-hour assessment. A score of 70% is required to pass the assessment. Once both courses are completed you’ll upload the results to http://www.dell.com/uploadyourcredentials. Dell will send you an email acknowledging your completion and awarding your co-skilled badge.

If your organization is considering a Unified Workspace implementation or if you’d simply like to understand more about how Unified Workspace streamlines endpoint modernization, it’s a great idea to check out these training opportunities.

    Hello,
Checking to see feedback from someone who has achieved the Unified Workspace co-skilled badge. How did you prepare? Time spent, the difficulty of the questions, or general feedback.
    Thank You

I helped create the course during it’s inception. I believe anyone with a little bit of Workspace ONE UEM and Dell Client Command Suite exposure will find this extremely valuable and not difficult. No trick questions! There are official courses for each of the exams required to gain the co-skill badge. You can also find lots of information to supplement these courses on techzone.vmware.com.

We are looking into creating a webinar series so we’ll keep you posted on that in our newsletter.

Alternatively as a community member you can nominate yourself or a colleague to get the Co-skilled badge for free 🙂 several members have already benefitted from this! https://dtuwc.com/nominate/
