    Mgmtsvc installation Failed on WS1 Assist

    Hi Experts,

    I trying to install WS1 Assist on my windows server 2012 but i am getting an error during installation. When I try to install basic mode (All components on single machine) I get an error ” MgmtSVC installation failed” and I try to install advanced mode I get an error “Svccordinator PingFailed_EP2. Need your help on this.

    Happy to help! Depending on where the you are based and the types of licenses purchased (OEM vs 3rd Party), your support could be from different providers.

    So which country are you based in and do you have details of your license? Any further details will help too 🙂
