    I agree with your statement, but overall for us the main driver for workforce transformation is COVID-19 with the push for our users to work from home.

      WFH is not possible for all business models, they started hybrid (3 @Work + 2 @Home)

      With WFH/WFA: People started connecting more with family than the organization – 1. They can focus and finish the task in hand (remote was more productive). 2. They found a way to connect continuously with family members and still deliver on time.

      Without WFH/WFA: All of the above not possible and now companies are loosing talented people.
