Workforce Transformation Is this a good thing?
Workforce transformation obviously got put into high gear this year, but is that really a good thing? Like most “temporary” or “pilot” solutions many things have been forced into production were not ready for production yet. I have seen several solutions that are not really user friendly or not secure. We all did what we had to keep our business running. I suspect many users will not give up the newfound freedom easily as we attempt to close some of the security holes we created. My primary concern is will support staff/budgets be allowed to go back and do everything better and safer?
